This new studio introduces Sebastien Lagree’s world-renowned Lagree Method that offers a high-intensity, low-impact workout to strengthen, tone, and sculpt each participant in a sleek, modern studio setting.
Located in Building A, Level 3, Lagree Oahu brings an innovative approach to fitness through the use of the state-of-the-art Megaformer™. The signature Lagree Method delivers an efficient, full-body workout that combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, and flexibility in every session. Designed for all fitness levels, classes offer a challenging yet joint-friendly experience that produces powerful results in just 45 minutes.
