Introducing Ticketless Parking

We're excited to announce Metropolis as our new parking operator, starting Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
All self-parking at Royal Hawaiian Center will now be ticketless, offering a faster, more seamless experience.

Upon Arrival: Your license plate will be automatically recognized, and the gate will open, no physical ticket required.

How to Pay: Scan any QR code in the parking garage or visit: app.metropolis.io to access the payment portal, enter your license plate number, and complete payment. Credit card only; cash is not accepted.

Departure: Proceed to any exit lane. Your license plate will be recognized, payment verified, and the gate will open automatically.

All current parking validation rates still apply. Royal Hawaiian Center offers enhanced validation for kamaʻāina and military guests with a same-day purchase of $25 or more, guests with a valid Hawaiʻi State ID or military ID can visit Helumoa Hale Guest Services (11:00am–8:00pm daily) to receive up to three hours of free parking.

All other guests who spend $25 or more will receive one hour of free parking, with the second and third hours available at $3 each. Standard hourly rates apply thereafter.

All previous parking validation sticker holders with unexpired stickers may reach out to RHCParking@festivalcos.com to request a reissue under our new system.
