We are open 365 days a year, from 10 AM - 9 PM daily, including Christmas, New Year’s, and Thanksgiving. While the Center remains open, individual restaurant hours may vary.

Visit Helumoa Hale Guest Services in Building B, Level 1 (near The Royal Grove). Our Guest Services team is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM to assist with directions, gift cards, and Lost & Found inquiries. Yes. ATMs are located in Building B, Level 1 (near ABC Store), Building B, Level 2 (Near Pa’ina Lānai Food Court) , and Building C, Level 1 (near The Cheesecake Factory).
The Royal Hawaiian Center offers the largest WiFi Hotspot in Waikīkī, available throughout all floors. Enjoy two (2) Free hours of WiFi per day.

Public restrooms are located in Building B, Level 2 (Pāʻina Lānai Food Court) and Building B, Level 4. Each of our bathrooms are equipped with baby changing stations.

Yes. Royal Hawaiian Center is fully ADA compliant. All levels and buildings (A, B, and C) are accessible via elevators. Please note that we do not offer on-site wheelchair or stroller rentals.

We do not have on-site storage. For guests needing assistance, nearby options in Waikīkī include Bounce Luggage Storage or Waikiki Luggage Storage, both located on Kalākaua Avenue.
Visitor basics

The garage is open 24 hours daily with 7 levels and 600+ stalls. The SP+ Standard Rate is $4.00 per 30 minutes ($8.00/hour). Overnight parking is restricted; please see the parking office for details. Rates subject to change.

PARKING ENTRANCE: Royal Hawaiian Centerʻs parking garage entrance is located at the intersection of Royal Hawaiian Avenue & Don Ho Lane.
DIRECTIONS: Royal Hawaiian Center guest can access our parking garage from either Lewers Street or Royal Hawaiian Avenue. From Lewers Street turn left onto Don Ho Lane and enter to your left. From Kalākaua Avenue turn right onto Royal Hawaiian Avenue and enter to your right into the garage.Height clearance is 6’2”.

Yes! Spend $25 or more and receive the following rates with validation. Guests can receive their validations from the retail store or restaurant directly.
First Hour: Free
Second Hour: $3.00
Third Hour: $3.00
Fourth Hour +: $8.00 per hour
Please note that the height clearance for the Royal Hawaiian Center parking garage is 6 feet 2 inches. Rates subject to change without notice.

At Helumoa Hale Guest Services, present the following to a Guest Services Representative in order to receive the Kamaʻāina & Military parking validation:

There are two (2) Electric Vehicle Charging Stations located on Level 4 of the Center Parking Garage. A (2) two hour maximum charging time is allowed. Upon connecting, please check-in at the SP+ parking office, located on Level 2 of the parking garage after connecting.
Disclaimer: Currently charging stations for Tesla vehicles are not available. Chevy Volt are prohibited from parking at Royal Hawaiian Center. -
Pick up & drop area for rideshare services (Uber and Lyft) are located in Building A Loading Zone on the corner of Royal Hawaiian Avenue and Don Ho Lane. We are also steps from several TheBus and Waikīkī Trolley stops.

To maintain a fresh and safe atmosphere, we are a pet-free and smoke-free facility. While we do not allow pets, task-trained service animals are always welcome. Please note that smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including all outdoor walkways and balconies.

The Royal Grove is Waikīkī’s gathering place, featuring live Hawaiian music and hula performances throughout the week, as well as seasonal holiday and cultural events. For more details, visit our Events page.

Royal Hawaiian Center is located on the historic land of Helumoa, once a favored home of Hawaiian royalty. This area was known for its vast grove of over 10,000 coconut trees and served as a center for political and social life in the 1800s.
Today, The Royal Grove serves as a living tribute to this heritage. We invite you to explore the statues of Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop, which honor the legacy of the Aliʻi (royalty) and the spirit of Waikīkī.

Ka Lewa Lānai is a rooftop venue for special events and private gatherings. This open-air space, available for public rental, provides 5,091 square feet of al fresco event space atop Building A. Overlooking Kalākaua Avenue with views of the Koʻolau mountain range, Ka Lewa Lānai offers a picture-perfect outdoor oasis in the heart of Waikiki.

Located in Building B, Level 4, this venue hosts the world-famous "Rock-A-Hula" show. This 750-seat venue is available for private event rentals, including concerts, meetings, and award ceremonies.
