ROCK-A-HULA ROCKIN’ AGAIN AT ROYAL HAWAIIAN CENTER
East Coast-style seafood shack serves up premium Maine lobster rolls and more
Waikīkī (Sep[tember 22, 2021) – Put on your blue suede shoes and moonwalk on over to Royal Hawaiian Center for the award-winning Rock-A-Hula show! The biggest Hawaiian show in Waikīkī recently reopened its doors for shows three nights a week.
“We’re excited to welcome guests back for an evening of great entertainment by our talented musical artists and dancers,” said Richard Davison, Vice President of Operations. “For the safety and wellness of our guests, performers and staff, we are starting with a limited number of shows a week. Our Star Care® Program also follows the current Safe Access Oahu COVID guidelines, which includes proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test, wearing masks indoors during the show, and a stringent cleanliness protocol.”
The Rock-A-Hula show whisks guests away on a distinctly “Hawaiian Journey” starting from Hawaii’s Boat Days era and delivers a top-notch experience through world-class music and award-winning performances by talented artists, hula, Tahitian, fire knife dancers, and musicians. Accompanying these performances are eye-popping special effects on enlarged screens and a captivating live musical concert with state-of-the-art new sound systems.
“Rock-A-Hula has been an extremely popular destination since it opened a decade ago, and we’re thrilled they’ve reopened so can enjoy a show that they can only experience right in the heart of Waikīkī at Royal Hawaiian Center,” added Marleen Akau, Vice President and General Manager of Royal Hawaiian Center.
Guests can currently reserve tickets for the Rockin’ Show with mezzanine seating in the Royal Hawaiian Theater. Guests can also upgrade to the Stageside VIP package, which includes a VIP welcome reception, 4-course Maine Lobster, Wild Salmon and Tenderloin of Beef dinner, super premium cocktails and the show at a private stageside table. The Waikiki Luau Buffet & Show package is scheduled to reopen later this year.
To celebrate its reopening, Rock-A-Hula is offering 40 percent off Rockin' Show adult tickets through October 31, 2021 when booked online. Guests are encouraged to reserve tickets in advance at RockAHulaHawaii.com/rockin-show or by calling 808-629-SHOW (7469).
