Poke Waikiki offers healthy and fresh poke options with special poke burritos
Waikīkī (April 6, 2021) – Poke Waikiki, Royal Hawaiian Center’s newest addition to Pāʻina Lānai Food Court, opened its first location on April 6 with a traditional Hawaiian blessing. Poke Waikiki offers popular poke bowls featuring local caught ahi, fresh salmon, mochiko chicken, and a variety of poke burritos, the latest poke trend.
“We want to provide our guests with a wide variety of dining options, and are excited to welcome Poke Waikiki as the newest member of the Royal Hawaiian Center ‘ohana,” said Marleen Akau, Royal Hawaiian Center Vice President, General Manager.
Diners can choose from three types of poke bowls with over ten topping selections including fresh produce like lettuce, onion, pineapple, edamame, ocean salad and more. Poke Waikiki’s poke burritos offer an easy-to-eat alternative for those looking to try poke in a fun, new way. Prices range from $6.99 for mini poke bowls, $10.99 to $11.99 for regular poke bowls, and $6.99 to $12.99 for half and full-orders of the poke burritos.
“We’re thrilled to bring fresh and healthy poke options to the heart of Waikīkī at Royal Hawaiian Center with the opening of our first location,” said Duke Maeno. “While poke has become a popular trend around the world, Hawai‘i is where it started. Whether guests want to experience a traditional poke bowl or try it in our innovative poke burrito, they’ll get high quality ingredients served with the aloha spirit.”
Poke Waikiki is open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and offers a 20 percent discount for kamaʻāina and military (cannot be combined with any other offer). Delivery services through GrubHub and DoorDash will be available at the end of the month.
