Waikīkī – Searching for a new place to un-wine in the heart of Waikīkī? Look no further than Island Vintage Wine Bar, Royal Hawaiian Center’s newly opened restaurant and latest venture of Paul Kang, owner of the neighboring Island Vintage Coffee.

“We’re excited to welcome Island Vintage Wine Bar to our lineup of spectacular eateries at Royal Hawaiian Center,” said Vice President, General Manager Marleen Akau. “Island Vintage Coffee has been a staple at the Center for many years, and we’re happy to expand the ʻohana to include Island Vintage Wine Bar.”

Catering to everyone from first-time wine drinkers to the amateur sommeliers, the restaurant is a casual, inviting place that offers approachable prices on both wine and food. The bar features five, eight-bottle-dispensing WineEmotion systems with an equal number of white and red wines.

“The inspiration behind Island Vintage Wine Bar was to welcome people of varying interests in wine in a friendly atmosphere that allows them to feel comfortable sampling new wines at varying price points,” said Paul Kang, owner of Island Vintage Wine Bar.

In addition to a varied selection of wine, Kang has also developed a menu that perfectly complements the wine selections and features fresh, local ingredients.
