ADDITIONAL ROYAL HAWAIIAN CENTER RETAILERS AND RESTAURANTS REOPEN

Waikīkī – Royal Hawaiian Center announced today that most of its retailers and restaurants, with a few exceptions, will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. starting on Tuesday, October 13, 2020.

“It’s been encouraging to see many kamaʻāina rediscovering Royal Hawaiian Center over the last several months, and we’re even more excited to have nearly all of our merchants back open today,” said Marleen Akau, Vice President and General Manager of Royal Hawaiian Center. “Our tenants took the time to be sure they were prepared to reopen, including training their staff on the new health and safety protocols, before they welcomed back customers. The shopping and dining experience may be a little different, but our spirit of Aloha remains unchanged.”

Merchants reopening for the first time since March include popular restaurants like Tim Ho Wan and Doraku Waikiki, local boutiques such as Island Slipper and Harley Davidson Waikiki, and new tenants RIMOWA and Kira x Miffy. Additionally, Royal Hawaiian Center has extended its 3 hours of free validated parking with any purchase from its stores or restaurants through December 31, 2020. Standard rates apply at $6 an hour thereafter.

Royal Hawaiian Center’s complimentary cultural classes and live entertainment are currently on hiatus until further notice.
