Eric’s journey toward holistic well-being transformed during a breathwork class at Rythmia in Costa Rica, inspiring him to become certified in Breathwork and Hypno-Breathwork. Driven by a desire to share these transformative practices, he brought his expertise back to his community in Hawaii, helping others unlock their own potential for healing and growth.
