Job Description:

  • Assist in opening/ closing the store duties

  • Ensure to maintain a neat and tidy store by cleaning and organizing displays

  • Ensure to maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations

  • Assist open/close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, balancing cash drawers and making deposits

  • Prepares coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks

  • Maintain knowledge of merchandise as well as current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges

  • Maintain inventories by replenishing supplies, products, merchandise, etcetera

  • Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.

  • Welcome customers and ascertain what each customer desires and needs.

  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.

  • Handle customer’s complaints.

  • Provide flexible service in diverse situations within the basic guideline

  • Answer and handle the phone calls

  • Perform any other duties as required by management
