Check out Royal Hawaiian Center's fabulous merchants and numerous points of  interest ranging from free Hawaiian entertainment, cultural class, beautiful gardens and more!

  1. Kaulani Heritage Room: Three short films tell the story of Helumoa, as well as the history of the Kamehameha royal family, Princess Pauahi, and her lasting legacy, Kamehameha Schools. The Royal Grove. 10 am - 10 pm.
  2. Historic Murals: Two murals by Solomon Enos depict ancient O‘ahu rulers Mä‘ilikükahi and Käkuhihewa. Building B arcade. Pick up a Helumoa Heritage Brochure at Lei ‘Ohu Guest Services and take these stories home with you.
  3. Kahalopuna Bridge: High above The Royal Grove is the Kahalaopuna Bridge named for an ancient princess who lived in Mänoa, inland of Waikïkï. The perfect spot for picture taking with a bird's-eye view of Helumoa.
  4. Pauahi Statue: A bronze statue of Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop, great-granddaughter of King Kamehameha I, can be found in The Royal Grove.
  5. Hawaiian Music & Hula: Evening performances in The Royal Grove include hula and nahenahe (sweet and soothing) Hawaiian music, 6 pm, Tue. - Fri.  On Saturdays, enjoy hula kahiko (traditional hula) performances.
  6. Lei ‘Ohu Guest Services: Named for Hawai‘i flower garland symbol of hospitality, Lei ‘Ohu Guest Services in The Royal Grove is where to go for information on Royal Hawaiian Center‘s more than 100 shops and restaurants.
  7. Hawaiian Cultural Classes: Hula, ‘ukulele playing, lei-making, quilting and weaving are among free classes perfect for the entire ‘ohana (family). Pick up a copy of "R" magazine for schedules, maps and center information.
  8. Ethnobotanical Gardens: Atriums and gardens feature an array of tropical foliage and native Hawaiian indigenous and endemic plants. The Royal Grove has the largest collection of native Hawaiian flora surrounding the ‘Äpuakëhau water feature.
  9. On-Your-Own Walking Tour: Royal Hawaiian Center spans three city blocks along Kaläkaua Avenue from Lewers Street to The Cheesecake Factory. Stroll through Buildings A, B and C with four levels merchants offering the very best in shopping and dining.
